We are pleased to announce that the Statement-Matching team will be attending the 2020 European Shared Services Leaders’ Summit on the 18th and 19th March 2020, and we’d love to see you there!
The summit this year will be addressing The 10 Pressure Points for Shared Services – How to Survive…..and Flourish. The pressure on organisations today is weighted. Although household spend and employment figures are robust, other key economic indicators are cause for concern. “The global economy has entered a period of ‘synchronised stagnation’ with weak growth in some countries and no growth or mild contractions in others” The Brooking Institution, October 2019.
The 2020 European Shared Services Leaders’ Summit is a two-day event with a packed agenda with keynote speakers from industry veterans like McDonald’s, The Kraft Heinz Company and Coca-Cola. Attendees will be able to hear from companies who’ve implemented end-to-end shared services on a global scale (and discover the challenges that this entails) and how they will address the importance of being integrated in 2020, the 5 pillars that require transformation in order to help company’s survive and flourish, and the pace at which change needs to happen.
Daniel Kimpton and Mike Sutton will be representing the Statement-Matching team this time, so if there’s anything you’d like to ask us about supplier statement reconciliation, sales ledger reconciliation, or anything under the shared services umbrella, please don’t be afraid to say hello! There will also be the opportunity to rub shoulders with other members of the shared services industry to discuss topics such as change management, P2P automation, transitioning away from centralisation, and much more. Day two of the event will even include multiple tracks, so attendees can choose the topic that interests them most to ensure they get maximum value from the summit.
So, if you’re attending the 2020 European Shared Services Leaders’ Summit on May 18th and 19th, be sure to say hello to Daniel and Mike. They’ll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about Statement Matching’s software solution, or simply catch up on the who, what, where, and when of shared services. See you at the summit!
